Every Leaving SoCal Real Estate Professional Meets The Following Requirements:

  • Have been selling real estate full time for at least 10 years.
  • Are ranked in the top 1% with a demonstrated track record of selling homes in their respective communities.
  • Are experienced in working with buyers who are moving in from out of the area.
  • Are experienced in sale/purchase transactions where the transactions are processed concurrently.
  • Are intimately familiar with their local communities, schools, retirement areas/communities, health service providers, and other services that are important to home buyers.
  • Possess a deep understanding of local real estate market statistics including average days on market, average home price, inventory levels and more.
  • Hold a current Real Estate Brokers license and/or other advanced real estate designations.
  • Have been thoroughly vetted to assure a successful outcome for our clients.
  • Skilled in property pricing strategy and real estate negotiations.
